Here are some example sentences:
- Katten är för stor. (The cat is too big)
- Jag har ett grönt bälte du kan låna. (I've got a green belt you can borrow)
- Monica har fått ett nytt jobb. (Monica has gotten a new job)
- Det där huset är gammalt. (That house is old)
- Om du kommer blir barnen glada. (If you show up the children will be happy)
- Mina tre hundar är jättesöta. (Remember, the enhancer "jätte" attaches TO the word like a leach!) (My three dogs are really cute)
- Det var en gång en modig prinsessa. (Once upon a time there was a brave princess)
- Jag har ingen ny tandborste till dig, bara en gammal... (I don't have a new toothbrush for you, just an old one)
- Kan du vara tyst, tack? (Remember, people are ALWAYS the first form!) (Can you be quiet, please?)
- Sophia är så söt, hon och Peter är roliga tillsammans. (Sophia is so cute, she and Peter are funny together)
- Huset som jag bodde i när jag var liten var väldigt stort. (The house I lived in when I was small was very big)
- Det var jättedumt, det du gjorde! (Remember, after "den", it is the first form. After "det", it is the second form and after "de" it is the third form) (It was really stupid, what you did)
- Den var sååååå bra, filmen!!! (It was sooooo good, the movie!!!!) (Bra, is the same all three forms, btw, a special one).
- De är jättefina, dina serier. (They are really nice, your comics)
- Både min mormor och min morfar blev jättegamla. (Both my grandma and my grandpa got really old)
- Wow, snygga skor! Är de nya? (Wow, nice shoes! Are they new?)
- Det har öppnat upp en liten affär på Sveavägen. (It's opened up a small shop on Sveavägen)
